Larkwell keeps track of who owes your business, follows up politely in your name, and shows the cash likely to come in. Here’s how it works, and how to be set up in about 10 minutes.
Drop in an invoice file (PDF, Word, Excel or CSV) and Larkwell reads the client, amount and dates for you to check. Or import a whole spreadsheet at once.
A polite plan for every invoice: a heads-up before it’s due, reminders after, in your name, at about 9 AM your time. Final notices always wait for your OK.
Larkwell learns how late each client usually pays and forecasts the cash likely to land in the next 30, 60 and 90 days. Every Monday it emails you the week ahead.
The Overview shows these as a checklist that ticks itself off.
Just looking? On the Overview, Try it with sample data fills Larkwell with three sample clients and six invoices, so every page has something to show. One click removes them again, and never touches anything you added.
Every new business starts here. Follow-ups go to you, not your clients, so you see exactly what they’d get. In Follow-ups, Send me a test puts any planned email in your inbox within a minute, without waiting for its day.
When you’re happy, click Turn on live sending in Follow-ups. Larkwell first shows every email that would reach a real client in the next 7 days, then Confirm and go live. Emails come from your business’s name, and replies land in your own inbox. You can go back to test mode any time.
Your clients, invoices and payments are private to your business: nobody else using Larkwell can see them. You can download everything as a spreadsheet any time, from Settings. How we handle your data.
